Video Submission Terms & Acknowledgment

By submitting a video ("Submission"), the participant, or the participant's parent or legal guardian if the participant is under eighteen (18) years of age, represents and warrants that they have the full legal right and authority to submit the content and to agree to these terms.

The participant grants Nike, Inc., Dick's Sporting Goods, and their respective affiliates, agents, and representatives a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to receive, review, and use the Submission solely for the purpose of evaluating participant eligibility and selecting potential event participants or winners. The Submission will not be used for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes without obtaining additional consent.

The participant further represents and warrants that the Submission is original, does not infringe upon or violate any third-party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights), and complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and community standards.

Nike, Inc. and Dick's Sporting Goods reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to reject, remove, or disqualify any Submission at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or community standards.

Submission of a video is voluntary, and no compensation, payment, or other consideration will be provided or owed in connection with any Submission, regardless of whether it is reviewed, considered, or selected. Nike, Inc. and Dick's Sporting Goods have no obligation to review, consider, select, or use any Submission.

By submitting, the participant (and/or parent or legal guardian) agrees to release and hold harmless Nike, Inc., Dick's Sporting Goods, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Submission or participation in the selection process, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nike, Inc., Dick's Sporting Goods, and Position Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Submission or selection process.

Participants must meet the minimum age requirements as outlined, and where applicable, ongoing parent or legal guardian consent and involvement is required for participation.

Nike, Inc. and Dick's Sporting Goods reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the submission process or these terms at any time, in their sole discretion.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Oregon without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Oregon or any other jurisdiction).

There are two separate ways to enter Wild Cards. Registration is for athletes who can attend a live event stop in person — a DICK'S House of Sport qualifier or a Tournament stop in one of our six cities. Digital Submission is the entry path for athletes who cannot make a live stop. You only need to use the one that applies to you — not both.
Boys and Girls, between the ages of 14–18. Athletes can enter through the House of Sport local qualifiers, select tournament events, or via digital video submission.
A video showcasing your skills — a signature move, street combo, freestyle, or just be creative. Upload your video directly through the Digital Submission form.
A fully curated experience with team practice, bonding and competition in the Season 1 TOMA Finals.
Registration for Wild Cards is free.
  • — Travel is provided only for the winner and one (1) guest and only for the specified dates.
  • — Travel is contingent on availability and timely confirmation by the winner.
  • — Winner and guest are responsible for expenses not expressly provided.
  • — All travel arrangements, including airline and hotel selection, will be determined at the sole discretion of Position Sports.
  • — Winner and guest are responsible for possessing valid government‑issued ID and any required travel documents.
